What I will do is provide feedback, and perspective and ask questions to help you explore your options.

My role as a coach is to help you figure out the answer that is right for YOU. Since it is your answer and not mine, you are much more likely to embrace and act on those ideas. And when you do, you’ll get results!

GROUP COACHING:

If you’re dissatisfied with your career, you’re not sure what to do instead and you’re swimming in a sea of options and indecision. You know you have so much more potential to give, you just don’t know how or where to give it, then this program is right for you. In this program, I’m going to guide you through both the inner and outer work necessary to create transformation in your career and life. So you, too, will soon be living your dream career.

  • Week 1: Uncover your unconscious blueprint
  • Week 2: Map your career
  • Week 3: Identify your strengths
  • Week 4: Know your values (aka. your non-negotiables)
  • Week 5: Find opportunities (that you might not even have known exist)
  • Week 6: Discover your ‘why’, Money mindset, Plot your course moving forward

Participants receive Five group sessions and one, one on one session

  • 5 Group Sessions Program: $1000 + hst

O N E-O N-O N E - C O A C H I N G:

Have a specific problem you'd like some help solving? Want some perspective on a situation? Need a sounding board for evaluating a new idea or direction? Let's get on a call to get that issue out of your head and sorted out. You can expect focus, direction, ideas, and solutions in all areas of career and personal growth.

  • One Single 60 minute Session: $250 + hst *
  • Four 60 Minute Sessions: $750 + hst
